I am so so so sooo happy people have been using Y.A.P. and gotten feedback plus bug findings!

This patch fixes a hotkey issue with using the NumPad! This version has addressed using NumPad with one caveat. 

Currently we can not use Shift+NumPad number but any other modifier such as Ctrl, Alt will work. This is related to a weird quirk window has with how historically arrow keys is built into the number keypads.

Another common issue I've found people run into is how to use the hotkey, the hotkey triggers just pressing the key once and let go to start listening to you speak, then press it again to stop listening to your voice. It's not to be held down like a push to talk key.
